quickShipEntireShipGroup
In Bopis to markup items ready to ship or ready for pickup we will need to call the /quickShipEntireShipGroup endpoint with the POST method. To mark items ready for pickup we only use this endpoint but to mark items ready to ship we use update shipment along with shipEntireShipGroup endpoint to update the status of the shipment.
In an order if all the items are directly available then we can use this api to ship the order.
Generally when an order is placed by the customer then item reservation is done, after that picklist is created, then shipment is created and ordered item is shipped to the customer, This whole process can be done using this API.
Attributes :
orderId : This attribute contains the unique ID of order in OMS.
setPackedOnly : This attribute is a flag and set Y if the user only wants to pack the order. Passing setPackedOnly marks it ready to ship/pick and doesn't mark it shipped.
dimensionUomId : This attribute contains the dimension UOM of the shipment package.
shipmentBoxTypeId : This attribute contains the type of box used in the shipment
weight : This attribute contains the weight of the shipment.
weightUomId : This attribute contains the weight Uom of the shipment.
facilityId : This attribute contains the unique ID of the ship from the facility in OMS.
shipGroupSeqId : This attribute contains ship group sequence ID.
updateShipment
This is a generic API to update shipment. We are using it in Bopis for marking it packed and shipped.
Attributes :
shipmentId : This attribute contains a unique ID of the shipment that exists in the system.
statusId : This attribute contains a unique status ID of the shipment to which shipment will be updated.
