Top 10 South African YouTube Channels for 2018
I decided to look at the top 10 YouTube channels in South Africa and see what kinds of YouTube videos, styles were doing well with SA and international audiences.
WARNING: The sound shoots up in volume at the 14 min mark as the creator featured then claimed copuright and blocked my video, so I used the YouTube function of replacing audio however it made the sound levels really bizarre.
A special thank you to Rob and Nadav who sent me videos to add to this. Thank you for their time and willingness to be a part of my video and the #YouTubeZA community.
As a disclaimer, I have removed channels that are no longer based in South Africa as I tried to really, truly create a South African creators list.
As a note Die Antwoord's record label claimed the music from their music video and so I have had to change my audio there, as the label didn't look closer at the fact that my video is fair use.
Please let me know your thoughts and do you think there is a channel that deserves to be on this list? If so mention it in the comments below and also go watch their videos and let's see if they will be on next years list.
