Historic day for China-Taiwan relations
China and Taiwan are having their first high-level meeting in over six decades.
Relations between the two sides have been marked by sporadic conflicts and constant acrimony since they split 65 years ago after a brutal civil war.
Semi-official relations were only re-established in the early ninety-nineties.
