Saddle Up, a charity in Franklin, Tennessee, is on a mission to provide therapeutic, educational and recreational experiences with horses for people with disabilities. Lindsey Wood, Saddle Up's director of operations, says some of these horses come with their own challenges. Bishop, their largest horse, is also blind in one eye.
