This video teaches you how to create calculated columns in a query involving dates, including how to format dates using the CONVERT function, how to use the DATENAME function to create your own custom date formats, and how to work out the amount of time that has passed between two dates. The final part of the video teaches you how to calculate age in years accurately in SQL Server.
