The Atmega128 Development Board is configured as an Outseal PLC Mega. The USBasp Programmer is used to burn the MegaCore bootloader with the Arduino IDE. A CH340 USB to TTL serial adapter board is then connected to the development board for the uploading of ladder logic with Outseal Studio
