Meet the Instructor- John Schloder
Originally headed to medical school, OLLI Instructor John Schloder took a lifelong detour into the world of Art History, a career that began at the Louvre in Paris. He has served as Assistant Director of the Cleveland Museum of Art, and Director in Birmingham, Omaha, and St. Petersburg, where he brought numerous "blockbuster" exhibitions to the Museum of Fine Arts. Dr. Schloder has also taught at Case Western Reserve, the University of Nebraska, the University of South Florida, and Eckerd College. And now, OLLI members can enjoy and learn from his vast knowledge and passion for the world's greatest Art.
