Raspberry Pi 5 - Official OpenWrt Support Firmware Throughput Test
Finanlly, the Raspberry Pi 5 received official OpenWrt support. In this video, I will run a simple WAN to LAN throughput test with OpenSpeedTest and iperf3.
Since the Raspberry Pi 5 only has 1 network port, I used a USB 3.0 to Ethernet adapter as the WAN interface.
For this test, I used 2 USB to Ethernet adapter:
- D-Link DUB-1213 USB 3.0 to Gigabit Ethernet Adapter (ASIX AX88179)
- No-Brand USB 3.0 to 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet Adapter (Realtek RTL8156B)
