The RECORDER is ACTUALLY GOOD in Power Automate Desktop
In this Power Automate Desktop (PAD) video, I walk through using the Recorder on a few different applications to show that it is actually possible to record steps that will work immediately after recording without any editing. I don’t know that I recommend this unless you are sure you plan to check every UI element and every step of the recorded actions to verify it is doing what you intend. If you’re careful, then this seems like it could be a fair way to speed up initial development. You should also be willing to and plan to change the actions to do things a different way when you refactor to for efficiency and robustness.
