Bill Jacobi is a Senior Solutions Architect on the Amazon Web Services Public Sector team. Bill manages the Enterprise Productivity workload. His areas of expertise include deployment of email, collaboration, unified communications, and hosted desktops on AWS. Bill previously worked for Microsoft, Lotus, and IBM. Bill graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with degrees in Computer Engineering and Economics.
