Just a stupid thing I came up with when messing around with commands
Here's the command:
In a repeating command block:
/execute at @e[type=minecraft:boat] run fill ~10 ~-0.5 ~10 ~-10 ~-0.5 ~-10 minecraft:blue_ice replace minecraft:water
Do not use this command on a server or on a world you care about. This command does not know the difference between a boat with enchantments on it and one that does not. If anyone wants to expand on this command, feel free to do so. The boat item with an enchatment on it was just for effect, it will not actually do anything.
