Ingredients:
3 Cups cooked steamed rice (basmati or any leftover rice and please use measuring cup)
10pcs medium size shrimp
1 Medium size White onion
3-4 cloves Garlic
100 grams chicken breast (boiled and shredded or you can use leftover grilled or fried chicken)
4 large egg
1 Medium carrots (cubes)
1 Small red bell pepper (diced)
10 pods of fresh green peas (you can use canned or frozen green peas)
100 grams Cabbage
5 tablespoon Soy sauce
2 tablespoon Oyster sauce
1tablespoon sugar (optional)
1 tsp sesame oil (optional)
1 Big Stalk Green onions (chopped)
1/2 teaspoon black ground pepper
7 tablespoon of oil (3tablespoon for sautéing vegetables and 4 tablespoon for frying Egg)
Salt to taste
Note: Adjust seasoning according to your taste.
