Breathing Exercises to Lower Blood Pressure in 10 minutes | How to Control High BP. Did you know that high blood pressure is a secret killer? That just by changing the way you breathe, you can lower your blood pressure naturally in minutes! Today we bring you three ancient breathing techniques to lower your blood pressure and bring down your heart rate. What if i tell you that just by breathing alone we can lower down our blood pressure and bring down our heart beat.

There are three tricks we are going to use. 1st - make your exhales longer that your inhales. Why do we do this? Because as you inhale, you'll notice that your hear rate goes up, and as you exhale, the heart rate drops. This determines your heart rate variability, the higher your heart rate variability is the better your body is performing. 2nd - train your diaphragm, the primary muscle for your respiration, to breath properly, to fully expand and contract.
