Colm is a retired World Strongest Man competitor who creates content that focuses on his experiences as a strong man competitor. He is a 3 time New Zealand’s Strongest Man champion and he holds a Masters degree in Exercise Science. In our discussion, we cover his background and his own journey as a strongman competitor. We also discuss his approach to strongman training and the prevalence of performance enhancing drugs in the sport of strongman competition. Colm shares his opinions on the role of performance enhancing drugs and the future of strongman competition.
