Hi Everyone, In this Video I'm gonna show you How to create a Face Newspaper Effect in GIMP. This effect is used in Kaththi Movie Poster.
Note:
GIMP is the Alternative for Photoshop. Hence you can try this method in Photoshop as well.

Steps:
1. Open GIMP
2. Drag and Drop your Image
3. Desaturate
4. Remove Background and Make it Transparent
5. Duplicate it
6. Give Posterize for one layer and Threshold for another layer
7. Get the Selection of the Different Colors from Posterize Layer and make the Newspaper Layers with Layer Mask of that Selection
