welcome to a week in my life while staying at the lake! this week was honestly perfect. it had the best vibes and i think was the PERFECT definition of balance. getting to move my body daily with out the stress of a perfect workout, getting to eat nourishing meals with a sweet treat to follow them up, and getting to spend time in the sun with the best people is the best way i can think of to spend a summer week!! i hope you enjoy this vlog because i know i loved filming it ;)
