1. Create a New Project:
Open Adobe Premiere Pro and create a new project.
Import your background footage or image that will serve as the backdrop for your text.
2. Add Text Layer:
Go to the Title menu and select New Title. Choose Default Still.
Use the Text Tool to type your desired text. Adjust the font, size, and positioning as needed.
3. Apply Glass Effect:
Select the text layer and go to the Effects Control panel.
