Kratos is born in Sparta, the half-divine son of Zeus and a mortal woman named Callisto. All that didn’t really go down that well with Hera, Queen of Olympus, who ordered Kratos killed on the day he was born. But if there’s anything we know from Greek mythology, it’s that trying to escape your fate will only bring it about.
