On the Wrist, from off the Cuff: Tisell – Marine Diver, Worth the Fuss?
One this episode we take a look at a homage watch that's been getting a lot of attention lately, likely due to the fact that it offers modern ceramic submariner looks for under $250. Add to that the fact that it offers BGW9 lume, a sapphire crystal, and is powered by the ever popular Miyota 9015 and you have something really great, at least on paper anyway. To be honest, I think the hype might've just been too strong around this piece, either that or the near perfect Ginault Ocean-Rover just ruined every other sub-homage for me (by comparison of course). The Tissel Sub is honestly a very solid watch but the bracelet really just killed it for me, on a nice rubber strap though, it really bounces back.
