NOTE:
The following commands were used in this video to move the downloaded Gurobi package to the /opt directory and extract its contents:
sudo mv ~/Downloads/gurobi11.0.0_linux64.tar.gz /opt
cd /opt
sudo tar -xzv gurobi11.0.0_linux64.tar.gz
The environment variables were modified as follows:
export GUROBI_HOME=/opt/gurobi1100/linux64
export PATH=$GUROBI_HOME/bin:$PATH
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$GUROBI_HOME/lib:"$LD_LIBRARY_PATH"
In order for the environment variables to be set persistently, add the three export commands above to your ~/.bashrc file (or equivalent).
