First Steps and General Overview - YITH WooCommerce EU VAT, OSS & IOSS
In this video, we’ll see the new version of YITH WooCommerce EU VAT, OSS & IOSS, a tool to manage sales to countries within the European Union. With this plugin, you can charge the correct VAT to B2C customers buying from those countries and enable VAT exemption for B2B sales if they have a valid VAT number. The plugin will validate each VAT number entered using the validation process of the official page of the European Commission.
You can also enable the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) module if you’re selling physical goods from a country that’s outside the European Union to comply with tax regulations. Or the One-Stop Shop (OSS) procedure to monitor the sales threshold (10.000 €) for B2C exports to other EU countries, generate tax reports and export them in a CSV file to easily notify your local tax authorities about your sales.
