how can i buid the home made pcb?
folowing material needs to build the pcb
1.orcad pcb desine softwere
2.copper pcb
3.fecl3 chemical
4.sandpapper
folowing steps show you how can you build the home made pcb.
step1.buid the pcb desine in oracad softwere and take the print out this desine on PAPPER GLOSSY SHEET.for print out use the leaser printer only.because only leaser printed A4 sheet can print on the pcb.that why we use only
leaser printer.and also its thick you can feel the print when use your finger on printed A4 sheet.
step2. now take the copper pcb and cut as the size of your print.
step3. now take the cut pcb and clean its with sandpaper and water.
step4.take this cut pcb places on the printed paper .and use cellotape for join to each other.dont use other tape plz.
step5.now take the iron and use on it round 20 min at high temprarute.
step6.now placed its as like until its become cool.
step7. after cooling the sheet now use the water with brush to remove the paper.if paper dose not completly removed then use your finger with water to remove the remaining paper remove.
step8.after this process you will get the printed sheet on the whole copper sheet.but we dont need whole copper on copper sheet accept the printed sheet.so we can use Fecl3 chemical to remove the extra copper.so take this copper sheet and dip into the solution.after 1hour take out sheet from the solution.and afer washing the sheet with water you will get the exect the printed sheet which type of you want like build in the factory.
step9.now use the pcb drill to creat the hole into the pcb for fit the componend into the sheet.
step10.after creat the hole in the sheet you will use your pcb with your pcb.
