Generating images worked consistently at 1024x1024. I did get results at bigger sizes but sometimes after a few images I would get an out of memory error and would have to restart the Stable Diffusion server which fixed things.

It's a few easy steps (see the above github link):
Automatic Installation on Windows
1) Install Python 3.10.6 checking "Add Python to PATH".
2) Install Git
3) Download the stable-diffusion-webui from above link
4) Run webui-user.bat from Windows on Mac it will be the webui-user.sh in termainal, run ./webui-user.sh
