Step-by-step process for configuring WhatsNow application in POS:
Check the version of your software and make sure it is compatible: The first step to checking your store data in real time is to ensure that your software is up-to-date and compatible. If you are unsure about the version of your software, you can check it by going to the "Help" menu and selecting "About." If you have an outdated version of the software, click on "Updates" and download the latest patch.
Apply the latest patch: Once you have downloaded the latest patch, close all the client and server machines, and apply the patch. Then ensure that the software is updated to the latest version.
Open Smart Reporter: Once you have applied the latest patch, go to "Tools" in the software and select "Add-On Products." Click on "Smart Reporter" to open it.
Check if Smart Reporter is installed: If a webpage opens with Smart Reporter, it means that it is already installed. You can proceed to enable "WhatsNow."
Install Smart Reporter pack: If Smart Reporter is not installed, you need to download and install the Smart Reporter pack. You can do this by clicking on the "Download" button and following the instructions provided.

Update Mobile Number: Go to "Tools," then "Configuration," and select "Security Manager." Edit the selected user and update their mobile number. This is important to ensure that you receive real time notifications on your mobile device.
