Based on the series of novels by author Robert G. Barrett, Les Norton is the story a hard-hitting, country boy from the Outback struggling to make it in the big city. After his quick fists and brawn get him employed as a bouncer at an illegal casino, Les is drawn into the criminal
underworld of 1980s Sidney. Can his rough-and-tumble charm survive the lure of the big city lights? Or will he drown in its illicit excess?
Set in 1985, the laughs come just as quick as the action, with plenty of street brawls, criminal intrigue, and razor-sharp Aussie wit. Alexander Bertrand exudes easy-going charisma as the titular brawler, and Rebel Wilson steals the show as… well, we don’t want to spoil it for you.
