In this video, I walk through how to configure updates for macOS Devices in Endpoint Manager Admin center. This feature is currently in preview but allows you to configure a policy for an update schedule for macOS devices.

Many of us are using 3rd-party tools for Apple device management because of the limitations with Intune. This has been getting progressively better over time and this was a major update in my opinion.
