When you are camping be sure you are in a big tent with big bed and clean toilet, protect from cold, take your torch and shoes, hand sanitizers, plenty of water and packed foods, basic first aids and medicines. Avoid eating more as it will make you more weight and also more weight for your baby. Avoid too oily, spicy and sweet foods. Go for fresh fruits and vegetables. Avoid fresh fruit juices if you think they are unhygienically made. Socialising during shopping. Wear flat shoes when you are shopping. Don’t wear high heels. Wear loose clothes and they should not be cumbersome. Carry plenty of water, first aids and basic medicines with you. Avoid sweets made up of sugar, eat sweets made up of jaggery. Avoid overcrowded places. Avoid alcohol and smoking. During holi, take care that you do no expose yourself to toxic chemicals. Use the colours made up of natural dies and herbal ones which are safe for you. Apply a thin layer of Vaseline so that you can wash it off once the festival is over. Next festival is during Diwali. Avoid crackers, smoke and toxic fumes. Just watch and enjoy the festival. Some festivals where women have to fast take the doctor’s advice, take good balanced meals before sunrise and after sunset and during the time when you are fasting, be relaxed at home. On the whole the general advise would be not to overeat as it could cause acidity, indigestion, nausea, vomiting, and some food poisoning. Avoid fatty foods, sweet foods made up of sugars and avoid caffeine items made up of tea and coffee. Drink plenty of water and if you are driving to long places, drive safely and wear the seat belts.
