When you have a strong, bendy back your spine can last a lifetime! Keeping our back muscles strong and flexible is an essential part of staying healthy and mobile, and great for all your bendy goals like back bends, forward folds, and rotational poses.
This workout uses a 10" squishy ball, one of my favorite pieces of workout equipment. If you don't have a squishy ball a firm pillow is a great alternative.
