Storage and Fault Tolerance and RAID
Multiple storage devices is an important part of fault tolerance. Loss of data for a company can have a severe impact on its bottom line and therefore being able to securing storing data is very important. One of the best ways to prevent data loss is using Redundant Array of Inexpensive Disks (RAID).
The most common types of RAID configurations are:
RAID 0
RAID 1
RAID 5
RAID 10
