Theology of Baptism and Reception of Converts w/ Fr. Peter Heers
I join Fr. Peter Heers from Orthodox Ethos to discuss his book on the reception of converts, my review of the book is mainly from a theological angle and answering the question of how to reconcile the Orthodox Church's position on how to receive converts from heretical and schismatic sects. I argue that it is theologically justifiable that the Orthodox Church receives converts according to baptism and chrismation in their proper way as opposed to a "chrismation only" or "baptism only" position.
