In this video we teach you how to setup and install the new Google Nest Doorbell Battery powered that was launched in August of 2021. The New Nest Doorbell Battery model is a wifi video doorbell that allows you to remotely view live and recorded video footage on your phone through the Google Home App.
The Google Nest Doorbell Battery powered is powered by an internal rechargeable battery. So you don't need any existing wiring to install the New Nest Doorbell battery. However if you do have an existing working hardwired doorbell you can hardwire the Nest Doorbell and then you won't need to ever charge the internal battery. The Nest Doorbell is allows you the option to either use the internal battery or it can be hardwired.
