For familiarization you need:
name the exercise in strict accordance with the NFP (RFP): “Exercise 23. Jumping on a trampoline;
to show the exercise in an exemplary manner personally (recommended for a teacher of a department or a sub-division commander) or with the involvement of a trainee student trained in advance and perfectly performing the exercise. The show should be consistent, clear and precise, at a fixed pace, so that the trainees have a complete understanding of the exercise as a whole.
The exercise is performed in conjunction with the approach to the projectile and departure from it, as well as with all the teams and reports.
During the exercise, the students must be on the side of the trampoline to see the exercise shown in profile.
explain the technique of the exercise and its purpose.
show the exercise again in parts with a passing explanation of the technique. Exercise is shown in parts with a stop in the original position and after completing each element of the exercise. In all cases, the head along with the show explains the technique of performing each element.
Learning is aimed at developing new motor skills in students and improving the technique of the exercise.
Training (improvement) is aimed at consolidating the motor skills of the students, improving physical and special qualities. Training consists in repeated repetition of the exercise with a gradual complication of the conditions for its implementation and an increase in physical activity.
The main method of developing the physical qualities of trainees during training and improving trampoline jumps is the repeated method.
The trainee's effort from approaching the approach to the projectile should be aimed at eliminating detectable errors and performing the elements of the exercise in conjunction with a gradual increase in pace, altitude and landing accuracy. Self-control emphasizes the position of the head, torso, legs and socks when performing each element, as well as the non-assumption of significant flexion and dilution of the legs and a steady landing on the trampoline net.
The way of organizing the military when performing jumps on a trampoline at all stages of training is one-person flow through a projectile.
The disadvantage of the flow method is a long wait for their turn to complete the exercise. This expectation is greater, the more students in the group.
Help in learning some elements of the exercise:
back flip (back): standing on the side of the student on a gymnastics table, close to the trampoline, or with one foot on the frame, the other on the grid, holding the learner with one hand and supporting the other under the back, to help perform a flip.
Insurance organization. During the exercise, the practitioners are evenly positioned around the trampoline in readiness to support (catch up) the learner when falling from the trampoline.
ERRORS IN THE PERFORMANCE OF UFP-23
Minor bending of legs allowed. Landing on the trampoline net is not made on both feet. The student did not use the elasticity of the net after landing for the immediate continuation of the next element. It is allowed to touch anything other than the trampoline grid with any part of the body, including the insurer or safety mat. The trainee left the trampoline due to safety. The exercise ended without a straight vertical position, with both feet on the trampoline grid.
To ensure the safety of classes on the trampoline, the following requirements must be met:
before doing the exercises put gymnastic mats on the front and rear edges of the trampoline, lay the mats on the floor around the trampoline;
only one person can be on the trampoline at a time;
It is forbidden to perform exercises on the edge of the trampoline;
It is forbidden to jump from the trampoline to the hard floor;
when leaving the trampoline, make sure that the landing zone is free and the part of the frame through which the landing will be performed is securely covered with mats.
EVALUATION
FOR IMPLEMENTATION UFP-23
(jumping on a trampoline)
Exercise performance is assessed:
“Excellent” - if the exercise was performed as described, without errors, it was easy and sure, but minor mistakes were made when landing, which corresponds to 75 points;
“Good” - if the exercise was performed as described, surely, but minor mistakes were made (insufficient amplitude of movements, slight bending of legs and arms), which corresponds to 60 points;
“Satisfactory” - if the exercise was performed as described, but uncertainly and with significant errors (significant bending and spreading of legs, great bending of arms and body, stopping or adding extra elements), which corresponds to 40 points;
“Unsatisfactory” - if the exercise is not performed or distorted (skipping the elements, falling from the projectile), which corresponds to 0 points.
