Here is a good process of choosing the best beginner bike for you. Should you go sport bike, or cruiser? Low cc, or high cc? When I first decided I wanted to buy a motorcycle, my only experience with bikes was 2 days in an MSF course on a Honda Grom. I had no clue what should be my first bike. This is how I figured out the best size and kind of bike to get myself: the best beginner motorcycle, with advice from my MSF instructors and other experienced riders.
