Cream cheese topping:
100 grams cream cheese
1 egg yolk
3 tbsp. sugar
pinch of salt
Combine everything in a bowl and mix until smooth and well combined.
Blueberry compote :
140g frozen blueberries
25ml water
25g granulated sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1) Combine half of the the blueberries, water, sugar and lemon juice in a small saucepan. Cook over a medium heat for about 8 mins. Add the rest of the blueberries and cook for 5 more minutes, stirring frequently.
