This video is about how to create Advanced Text Box Animation in After Effects with no plugins.

Steps:
Step 1: Write the text.
Step 2: Add the Fill effect to the text.
Step 3: Add the Shift Channels effect and set 'Take Alpha From' to 'Full On.'
Step 4: Apply the CC Repetile effect and change all the values to 80.
Step 5: Add the CC Composite effect.
Step 6: Apply the Simple Choker effect and set the value to 100.
Step 7: Duplicate the Simple Choker effect and change the value to -100.
Step 8: To give the gradient effect, add the 4 Color Gradient effect.
Step 9: Adjust the 4 Color Gradient effect as needed and place it above the CC Composite in the effects panel.
Step 10: you are done!
