This self-loading tamping machine is designed for the maintenance of tracks and turnouts: the Plassermatic 08-275/4 ZW-Y
The tamping units and tamping tines are fully adjustable, enabling unhindered tamping work in the vicinity of cable ducts, live rails and turnouts.
This design also incorporates a synchronous 3-rail lifting device.
For transport by road, this machine is loaded completely onto a flat-bed trailer.
A level crossing is needed for this.
