After the Sheriff find the body of Warren Tooney and an abandoned car in the swamp, he summons both Norman and Mary Loomis to the scene of the crime.
From Psycho II (1983): Norman Bates is given a clean chit and is released from the mental institution where he was recuperating. He goes back to his motel where memories of his mother begin to haunt him.
