Corrections:
at -1:30 Guardian's Thunderbolt tripod has a 50% chance to reduce cooldown by 4s.
Wealth rune doesn't work on Shout of Hatred (taunt). More spec simply scales with the tripod that gives a flat amount of shield change.

Forgot to mention landing head attacks as Red Gunlancer is almost essential, it is a 20% damage bonus (thats what frontal attacks are +20% dmg and +10% stagger when you land them). That's why I kinda don't recommend it in T1/T2 or early T3. Without supercharge and a decent amount of swiftness, it can be a little hard to hit your head attacks as your simply get your attacks off slower which gives enemies a bigger window to simply pull a 180 on you and delete your damage.
