Okay, here's the short version of how to do this trick:
1. JOIN UP WITH ONE FRIEND (you're gonna need at least one friend to do this)
2. Get to the "KILL THEM, EACH AND EVERY ONE" story mission. Remember, you can repeat story missions by going into the menu.
3. Start the mission and get to the part where you attack the fort. Switch to the SPLIT AMMO in your weapon, then run around and kill enemies by EXECUTION KILLS.
Getting execution kills means you get a bonus for the EXECUTION KILL, SPECIAL AMMO BONUS and EYES WIDE SHUT bonus. That means you'll get 30 exp. PER KILL. Having the extra armor makes it so you can take WAY MORE DAMAGE before you're killed, so it's a lot easier to get close to your enemies in order to pull off EXECUTIONS.
4. Get KILLED before completing the objective, so leave a few dudes alive and let them finish you off. Restart from the checkpoint and repeat!
