Eve online - Default Settings

how i go about customizing the UI on a new computer. Acer nitro this time around. knocks on wood
i'm sure i forgot to set a few settings, but i managed to remember quite a lot. i'll add what i left out below, later.
note: still testing audio settings for muting inactive, specifically the stargate/jumping toggles. i need to be able to hear gate activation on my scouts, but want to get rid of most of the annoyance of eve audio...we'll see. i'll edit in any corrections

i forgot:
1. settings-navigation-autopilot = numberpad Del/.
2. did i completely miss dealing with the notifications? lulz. ugh.
3. oh god, and the activity tracker is going to be a pain all over until i turn that off too. ick.
4. i should have created a fleet to deal with that red tape as well
5. did i get the targeting anchor moved? crap, forgot that too. boo
6. minimizing the skill trees
7. the all important contract 4 weeks & popup ignores
8. docked you see events, undocked you don't
9. mail settings (no blinky tab, no popup)
