Shayura's Wrath and Forerunner feel like they were meant for each other. You are deadly at pretty much any range. Any encounter greater than ~22m can be solved with Forerunner and anything within that, Shayura's. With the return of the amazing SMG, there were some added perks to the pool that I think make this SMG top tier. That is the introduction of Zen Moment. You can't go wrong with a dueling weapon getting another strong dueling perk. You can fight through flinch and weird oddities that make your reticle hard to place on opponents during fights with this perk.
Pair this weapon with Kill Clip, and you become the deadliest Guardian in the lobby. Seriously, if you hit the .6 ttk, it'll put a grin on your face. The craziest thing is you can also get kill clip from warlock healing turrets which seem to be a popular pick this patch. Go out there, kill some Guardians, and claim the Ascendant ranking with this dynamic duo that will not let you down.
