This was a long awaited video! Thank you for letting me take a few weeks from filming, it was a good time to try to focus on self-care and reconnecting with myself. I’m such a goal oriented person that it is hard for me to slow down and just ~be~. I hope you can find this video helpful! I know a lot of you were very curious on how to cultivate a mental health platform online while also being a therapist. I mention this in the video as well but, this is my very own personal experience and tips, and as this is an educational, informational video, PLEASE don’t look towards my words as the end all be all !! I am also learning and growing, so I hope you can see that and understand. I hope you are doing well, hanging in there. Can you believe it’s October? Sheesh.
