Louisiana Two Step - Rockin' Dopsie - Demo
Louisiana Two Step, from the recording by Rockin' Dopsie, as near as I can figure it out. Fairly beginner level as I'm somewhat beginner level myself. It ends somewhat abruptly as I started making mistakes and I didn't feel like editing and editing and editing.
I believe this is the zydeco version of the cajun song "Bosco Stomp". There is a video of him playing this live, on YouTube. He plays the accordion upside down. Also, I realized, I play this slightly different than him. On the opening licks, he's a bit more staccato on some buttons, whereas I'm doing this blend across the rows, where one button is overlapping with the sound of the other, giving it a little cry. I picked that up from the Ay Tee Fee song I demoed. So, if you don't like this way, look up the video of him playing live and get what you can from there.
I also apologize for the sound. I have a crappy webcam, and music played into it distorts fairly easily, so I had to turn the Roland way down, and there's a little resulting line noise.
