Man climbs outside of the Shard skyscraper (UK) - BBC London News - 8th July 2019
Seeing is believing in this one. Man filmed climbing the outside of the Shard in London, which is the UK's tallest in the country (at this time) and apparently had no safety gear.
He was a 19-year-man, with no safety gear or even suction cups and was indeed, not arrested either.
