CW Ticketing System Admin Panel
To understand how the Admin Panel of the CW Bus Ticketing System works, see the description below:
1. Go to the CW Ticketing Admin Panel.
2. Enter Username and Password to log in.
3. The dashboard displays total sales in a day including counter sale summary, online sale summary (Website, Android, iOS).
4. From the “Departure” drop-down menu, select “Counter” to see all counters and service points and their details.
5. Select “Route” and click on the “detail” of any route to view/edit the information.
6. Click “Ticket Price” to view the price of various types of buses including AC, Non-AC, Economy class, Business class).
7. Click on a sub-route to see the price detail.
8. Click on “coach” to view the coach details.
9. Click on “Schedule” to view/edit the schedules of the buses.
10. Click on “Departure” to view/filter information.
11. From the “Finance” menu select “Transactions” and filter/search transaction information.
12. Select “Online Transaction” to view online money transaction details.
13. From the “reports” menu, select “Sale Report” and filter/search to view any particular sale report.
14. View “Online Report” in the same way.
15. Select “Reservation Quotation” from the “Reservation” menu to create/edit/delete reservations.
16. From the “User & Control” menu, select “Privilege” to allow access to any of the users.
