For this ESP32 project, I have used a FREE IoT platform called as WLED app. You don't have to write a single line code, just upload the WLED firmware, configure it from WLED mobile app.
Note that WLED hosts its own web server on the ESP32 chip itself, so the app is not even required. If you want, you can configure it from the web browser.

Important points:
1. The ESP32 and the mobile or laptop must be connected with the same WiFi network.
2. For voice control you must need an Amazon Echo device.
3. The Amazon Echo device, ESP32 must be connected to the same WiFi.
4. Select all the parameters as per the LED specifications in the WLED app.
5. Use a heat sink with the voltage regulator.
6. Please watch the complete video, otherwise you may face some issues.
**Please take proper safety precautions while working with high voltages.
During the ESP32 project, I explained all the steps to make this IoT-based WLED project. It is a FREE IoT platform and you don't need any coding skills, so anyone can make this IoT project.
