Want to Withdraw the request for cancellation of GST Registration? Watch the video!
A feature to “withdraw the request for cancellation of GST Registration”
has been enabled for the taxpayers who mistakenly filed the application for cancellation
Note:
It is applicable till no action has been initiated on the same by the officer
Here is how a taxpayer can withdraw the request for cancellation of GST registration:
1. Access the www.gst.gov.in URL
2. Login to the portal and click on the Services - User Services - View My Submissions option
3. Click on the Withdraw button
4. Now click on CONFIRM
5. As the confirmation message is displayed, click on the OK button
The updated list of My Submissions is displayed. Now, the Withdrawal hyperlink will not be visible.
Note: The withdraw option will only be available till the status of the application is in the “Pending for Processing” stage.
