Prepper Pantry Meals | Extreme Budget Challenge | Frugal Family Life | Mountain Momma Living

Recipes:
No ham and bean soup:
1 cup dried beans
2 cup veggie stock
4 cups of water total
1 cup carrot
1 cup green beans
2 potatoes diced
1 tsp red wine vinegar
2 splashes of liquid smoke
Simmer beans for 1-2 hours in broth and 2 cup water, add in the rest if the ingredients and simmer for another 1-2 hours and serve.
Cowboy caviar:
1 sweet potato diced(we store these for a year with the dirt on in our long term food storage area).
2 ears of corn or 1 can
Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes
1 can chili beans
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can green chili
Lime juice and seasoning to flavor.
Pizza Rolls:
1 package pizza dough, mix per instructions but add garlic and Italian seasoning to jazz it up :)
Alfredo sauce
Marinara sauce
Parmigiana to taste
Bake at 400 20 minutes and enjoy with extra sauce
