Kim Kardashian's $70 million Malibu Beach mansion has gotten quite a few upgrades as shown in recent aerial photos that show its stunning views and amenities. Purchased in 2022, the 3-acre waterfront property has been undergoing renovations for awhile. The new aerial photos show the home's beautiful landscape, complete with high bushes and trees that ensure plenty of privacy.
The backyard boasts an inground pool, a hot tub, a covered lounge area, a patio, and an outdoor kitchen. Compared to photos taken in October, the roof has been updated from its original red to a gray color, and the exterior paint is now a cream color.
