Here's how you can play MINECRAFT NATIVELY on the Oculus quest 2 & META QUEST 3 using Questcraft! and I installed it using JUST the quest headset itself! This can be done with NO PC, NO WIRE & NO PHONE! & you do NOT need to have developer mode enabled for this, but it wont hurt if you do!
all you need for this is the following
Oculus Quest 2 Headset or META QUEST 3 headset - BOTH NOW WORK (YAY)
You will need to own the Java version of Minecraft that's linked to a microsoft account
Access to the internet so we can link your Minecraft account to your Quescraft
